Your own artwork

Upload up to three of your own poster designs and map the anchor points once. Every creator gets posters on YOUR templates, not ours — and never watermarked. Need more than three? Extra slots are £5 a month each, pro rata.

Free starter templates

Six finished battle designs, included with every plan. They cost nothing from your monthly allowance and nothing from your template slots — they just carry a PosterGen.co.uk mark. Use them from day one while your own artwork is still in the works, or drop the mark for £19.99 a month.

VAT-inclusive pricing

£29.99 or £49.99 a month — those are the totals. Invoices land in your admin panel, ready for your accountant.

Admins you appoint

Promote members to admin so someone else can invite creators, publish templates and open the billing portal.

Shared allowance

Every poster your creators make on YOUR artwork counts against ONE monthly pool. No fiddling with per-user credits — and posters made on our starter templates do not count at all.

Read-only recovery

If a card fails you keep read-only access to every poster you have already made while billing is sorted — nothing disappears.

All plans require UK card details. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. VAT is displayed and charged inclusively; a VAT invoice is attached to every payment for your records.

HOW IT WORKS

Fifteen minutes from “start network” to your first creator making their first poster.

Start your network

One form: network name, choose Standard or Unlimited, pay in Stripe Checkout. Your admin console goes live the second the payment clears.

Upload artwork & map anchors

Upload your PNG or JPEG poster designs (up to 3). Drag the anchor boxes onto your design so PosterGen knows where creator names, avatars and dates should land.

Invite your creators

Send invite links from the console — email or copy-paste into WhatsApp / Discord / TikTok DM. Creators sign in, pick a template, and their posters land in your library.

THE USUAL QUESTIONS

What happens if my card fails?
You get a 7-day grace period where your creators can still make posters normally. If the card is not sorted by day 7 the network becomes read-only — every poster you have already made stays available for download; new ones need billing to be resumed.
Can a creator also have their own PosterGen account?
Yes. When they accept your invite we merge their existing account into your network as a Creator. Their pre-network personal posters stay in their personal library; new posters they make while in your network belong to the network.
Who owns the posters my creators make?
The network. All posters made after a creator joins are attributed to your agency, download from your library, and stay in your ownership if the creator ever leaves.
Can I have more than one admin?
Yes. Promote any member to Admin from the Creators page and they can invite creators, publish templates and open the billing portal.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Only the monthly plan you choose. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
What if I need more than 3 templates?
Buy extra slots from your templates page at £5 a month each, charged pro rata from the day you add them. Remove one whenever you like and the unused part comes off your next invoice. Our starter templates never take up a slot.
What is the catch with the free starter templates?
Only the watermark. Posters made on a starter template are full resolution and yours to post anywhere, and they use none of your monthly allowance and none of your template slots — but each one carries the PosterGen.co.uk mark. Posters on your own artwork never carry it. Starter templates need an active subscription, like everything else in the console.
Can I get rid of the watermark?
Yes. Watermark removal is £19.99 a month including VAT on any plan, added to your existing subscription and charged pro rata — switch it on mid-month and you only pay for the rest of the period. It applies to posters you make from then on: it does not clean posters you have already made, and turning it off later does not add a mark to them. Starter posters stay free of your allowance either way.
